                                      Conveyance Management System 

 

Sometimes employee goes outside for official works. They are to spend money for conveyance, food & others. After returning they are to collect & fill up a hand written form, then submit to HR through Admin. At the end of the month admin & HR are to check all these form for granting and paying. It becomes very difficult to them. So softwarization for this process started as CMS(Conveyance management System). 

This project consists of four modules: 
1. Entry module 
2. User module 
3. Admin module 
4. HR module 

Entry module is for entry of expenditure. Other modules contain this module also. 

Here employee just entry his/her everyday expenditure. Then a mail goes to admin for his approval. After approving another mail goes to HR for payment. After payment employee is noticed through mail. Employee can also check his/her payment status at anytime. 

I have used Spring framework as JEE framework, Spring-Security for authentication & authorization, Spring Mail API for sending email, Thymeleaf as template engine for view page, jQuery for the submit, approve & pay actions, Hibernate as ORM tool, SQL Server as database.
